The cognitive team dynamics, strengths, weaknesses, and potential conflicts are mapped helping teams to develop self awareness of their individual and team thinking preferences and flexibilities.

CustomView360 takes your existing competencies and questions and converts them into a web-based questionnaire, administration and feedback reporting systems, all hosted and supported by us.

Team Assessments
We use assessment tools which measure each individual’s scores compared to the team members’ and the team’s overall average scores. It uses 31 team-orientated behaviours within seven major competencies.

Team Building & Development
Team Building solutions can be provided to address the particular and unique challenges facing individual teams. This will often include a formal assessment, some training role playing and team building exercises.
